More perspective please. This is stupid. There are something like 2 people on death row for child rape and none have been executed in over 45 years for the crime (assuming I recall the stat correctly). It is a horrible crime but bitching and moaning because the court struck down the death penalty for a non-death crime is silly. Get over it. People obviously haven't been given that penalty too often for it so how exactly does this really affect things?
How about focusing this 'outrage' on more important matters?
